1924 and 1928 British Empire vs the USA in the SHR was held at Stamford Bridge, London. 1928: USA beating British Empire in 62 seconds. (LA84: per The Greatest Gathering of Track and Field Olympians. By John Lucas) (The Observer, London newspaper Aug 12, 1928)
1926 the SHR was added to the Penn Relays events at the suggestion Lord Burghley (Reference SI report: https://vault.si.com/vault/1979/04/30/carnival-time-there-are-no-calliopes-and-the-tents-that-gave-the-penn-relay-carnival-its-full-name-are-gone-but-multitudes-still-will-be-flocking-to-philly-this-week
1920: Inter-varsity: Cambridge vs Oxford: Dec 1920: Oxford beat Cambridge in the SHR. Winning time of 67 2/5 seconds (per The Guardian, London newspaper Dec 4, 1920).
